During my appointment, Andrew Don kept the exam room door open while discussing my medical condition. I had to close it myself to have basic privacy.I brought imaging showing a large mass filling most of a sinus cavity, a clinical history of recurring infections and the sensation/pressure of the mass. Symptoms were dismissed and attributed to “my imagination.”When I asked about seeing Dr. Crow to discuss surgical options, I was told that would only be possible through his referral, which he declined to provide.My primary care physician immediately referred me to another ENT, surgery was scheduled at their first availability (based on the same imaging and symptoms), and the recovery was easy. Seek a second opinion if your concerns are dismissed.
