I went to see this headache 'specialist' with a raging headache that had persisted for months. She was nice enough, asked a few questions, and sent me on my way with a prescription for Gabapentin... no recommendation for further evaluation, absolutely no attempt to try and determine what was actually causing they symptom, and no medication to help with the debilitating pain. Then after the appointment, before I left the office, I had a followup question... rather than have the doc see me for a few seconds, they had her medical assistant call me, who was of no help at all . Months later I found out that I had a serious head infection that could have been caught much earlier if this doctor had tried a little harder and ordered the right tests
