Patient Reviews

Having been told to be in need of surgery, I called for an appointemnt with my ophthalmologist, Dr. Schrier. Even though I explained that I was a returning patient in need of a second opinion on surgery, I was told that the best they could do was an appointment in five months!!I wrote Dr. Schrier a letter explaining the situation in hopes that she could arrange for an appointment at an earlier date. To this date I haven't received a response. Even an explanation of no possible exceptions would have helped. Poor service!!
