This Doctor Is Absolutely The Worst Doctor On Earth! My first visit. The staff continously gave me the wrong directions. I finally arrive. The office visit appears to be o.k. The visit itself lasted about 25 minutes. Having Been made aware of all of my medical issues. I told her that I was out of the medication I have been on for 17 years. She said "I will send your prescriptions to the Pharmacy." Give me 20 minutes. Thirty minutes later, I went to the Pharmacy only to find out that the prescription has not been sent in. I called the doctors office. They state "We'll send the information to the doctor". Call back in 30 minutes. This exact same response and messaging went on until 4:30 p.m. which is now 5 hours. The doctor's office closed at 5:00. However, her assistant called me at 6:00 p.m. and stated that the medication has been sent in. The Pharmacy closed, without ever receiving my prescription. After, an emergency room visit, and wait for over 3 hours. A shot in the rear end for pain, and receiving help from the emergency room physician. I couldn't for the life of me understand why this doctor would do this to someone with RA as well as a terminal illness. The next morning at 7:34 a.m. I received a call from her assistant. When I asked her why they kept telling me to check with the Pharmacy and call back in 30 minutes for five hours, when they knew that the doctor never sent my prescriptions in? She stated "So sorry, she had something come up and she forgot. But I did send your prescriptions in this morning." THIS IS NOTHING SHORT OF HORRENDOUS!! She didn't forget to submit my office visit, and send me a bill for $400.00. When I told the business office what this Incredibly Awful, extremely unprofessional doctor did to me, they adjusted my bill by $100.00. So, I still had to pay $300.00 out of pocket for her HORRENDOUS, inexcusable actions". Needless to say "I Am Never Seeing this horrible excuse for a doctor again". If you value your health. If you value your life...DO NOT CHOOSE HER FOR A DOCTOR!
