During my recent visits, I was disappointed with the quality of care and professionalism I experienced.The doctor appeared unfamiliar with my medical history and did not demonstrate an understanding of my complex health situation despite the information available in my medical records.During the appointment, the doctor was chewing food while speaking with me, which I found unprofessional and distracting.I felt that my questions and concerns were not fully heard. The doctor often interrupted or appeared impatient when I tried to discuss my symptoms and treatment concerns.The visit lasted less than 10 minutes, and I felt rushed throughout the appointment. I did not feel that sufficient time was spent reviewing my condition or addressing my concerns.As a patient with significant medical needs, I expect my healthcare provider to be familiar with my history, listen attentively, and provide adequate time for discussion. Unfortunately, this was not my experience.
