Dr. Ali Ghazanfari, MD

Dr. Ghazanfari is a great surgeon, but his billing office is the biggest bunch of liars. after my hernia surgery I was contacted by his office to say they had been trying to reach me by mail at an address I hadn't lived at for 38 years. she then asked for my current address which I provided she said there was a balance due that Medicare didn't pay for and asked if I had secondary insurance. I told her I no didn't and she said that wasn't a problem as they had no problem writing it off. I graciously thanked her and hung up. I immediately started receiving a bill in the mail for the amount she said they would write off. after calling the Dr's office and speaking to several office women they all told me no one had that authority and it must have been a prank call. i called his office 1 more time and got the same ole lie, I paid it and my faith in humanity is once again questioned.
