I was in the process of moving to Tennessee right before COVID lockdowns. I told the np that I would just drive to the office every 6 months to see her and she said a lot of people from different states do that. Fast fwd to COVID lockdown and they started doing phone appointments. I was living in Tennessee at this time but I assumed he knew where I lived because the np had noted it in my chart and they didn't have any problems knowing where to send the bill. On one the phone appointments he asked me what I was doing for the 4th of July I told him that we were probably going to the lake. He asked where And I told him he got in a panic saying he couldn't prescribe to me across state lines. So by his own admittance he broke the law for over a year. He cut my meds off and I developed POTS which is horrible and I will have it forever. He ruined my life and I will never have any quality of life. I hope karma gets him in a big way
