I went for a cleaning and didn't get it. They started measuring the gums for issues. Then X-rays. The whole head X-ray machine didn't work. Then they brought in another machine that was slow. I saw the Dr and he told me about a tooth that needs a root canal. Then told me about Invisalign that would help my back teeth. My old dental office did X-rays, cleaning and then the Dr. did the gum measurements and told me about the tooth needing a root canal all in an hour.I was at the Dentist Place 2 hours including paperwork and no cleaning. No one explained what was happening and I would not get my teeth cleaned even when I asked. I am returning for the cleaning because they did the X-ray, but I will be looking for a new dentist.
