Dr. Cartwright is a great Doctor along with Kay, his FNP. BUT, DO NOT have any issues to discuss with them after a procedure or any questions. 90% of the time they don't answer the phone and it goes to Voice Mail. 75% of the VM is full and you're unable to leave a message. This is the most unprofessional system I've ever seen. It's too bad because Dr. Cartwright is great but this is just uncalled for. This has happened to me at least 5-6 times. Not anymore.
