It is crucial to note that the doctor did not conduct a physical assessment during our interaction, leaving me with unanswered questions about my condition and treatment. I was not given the opportunity to seek clarification or receive comprehensive medical advice. This lack of communication and thorough examination has left me feeling uncertain and dissatisfied with the care provided.
