I was greeted at the front desk by someone who said, 'Do you have an appointment?' Followed by, 'your copay is x how are you paying?' Never acknowledged me as a human, no hello or how are you. Just, give me your name and money. The whole office aside from the awesome caring, kind, personable human who administered the hearing test (Eric) were clearly sales driven. The doctor read to me from his PowerPoints instead of talking to me like a human. Then gave very little information about hearing aid choices aside from the cost. After his presentation, he asked which hearing aids I was going to purchase that day. When I responded that I needed to think about he, he got a little pushy and preterbed. This was not a pleasant experience aside from the hearing test portion. I will not return and do not recommend this place to anyone.
