I was initially a huge fan of Chris when I transferred into his care. I felt he was attentive, responsive, and truly on top of things. Unfortunately, that changed quickly. As my next appointment approached, I explained that I was struggling with my current medication and wanted to discuss trying something different. Chris responded through the portal that he was “undecided” about whether he would prescribe a new medication. I explained how anxious and uncomfortable that made me feel because I expected us to work together on my treatment. Instead, communication essentially stopped. Chris, you are the mental health provider. I am the patient seeking guidance, medication management, support, and direction. Being left with uncertainty regarding my treatment was incredibly distressing and made my anxiety worse. I ultimately chose to leave the practice. The office communication is also extremely difficult—Chris is unavailable Friday through Sunday.
