Went in for free annual exam as provided by my insurance carrier and was greeted with disrespect from the outset. From bragging about her credentials to discussing how she handles difficult patients, she never addressed my concerns about light sensitivity in my right eye or the stigmatism. Throughout the whole encounter, I felt as though she was projecting a sense of 'white superiority' and made me feel belittled and reluctant to ask follow-up questions that would be met by her snappy replies. Overall - a disappointment to the reputation of optometrists.
