Cassi has been really helpful with my testosterone issues. She helped me understand how much stress and poor sleep were contributing to my low T and gave me practical ways to address both instead of just focusing on a lab number.I really appreciated how clearly she explained everything and how comfortable she made an awkward topic to talk about. I’m feeling more like myself again and am very grateful for her help. Highly recommend!
