Very unprofessional in the way she conduct herself with me on multiple visits. Made very unprofessional comments due to me making a complaint against her in my first visit. Was promised to be seen by a different nurse practitioner on my second visit but got her anyway and she was very unprofessional in her tone and attitude and suggested that I get counseling to become a better patient! I didn’t know her then and I don’t know her now but that level of disrespect and unprofessionalism is not acceptable at any time! She was taking personal calls during the time she was in the room with me and made me wait 5 minutes so she could take her call in the middle of me explaining my visit. I would not recommend her to anyone I know because it took a lot for me to maintain my professionalism so I could report her. Audio Record you appointments like I did so you will have proof of your in counter with this nurse.
