Brittney Benson, PA-C

I have never had such a horrible experience in my life. I've had two appointments with her totalling about 3 minutes spent with me. When I asked her to go over my xrays with me she refused and a few seconds later got up, handed me a clipboard, told me to fill it out and left the room. She never came back.

My son was scheduled to see Brittney at the Essentia Spine Clinic today but was turned away due to her “strict 15-minute rule.” He arrived exactly 15 minutes past his scheduled check-in, completed the required paperwork promptly, yet she still refused to see him. It’s deeply disheartening to witness a healthcare provider prioritize rigid timing rules over patient well-being. Spine issues are serious, and denying care for being barely over an arbitrary cutoff speaks volumes. Perhaps it’s time she reassesses her priorities in this profession.

I'm only writing this review as this has been bothering me for qutie some time and would hate for someone else in pain to feel this way. I expressed how much my spine issues and numbness was interfering with my work. She immediately said "I'm not writing you a note so you don't have to work". I was completely shocked. I cannot believe i was treated this way. Also to make an assumption thay eas no way my intent or motive. My motive was to figure out how to relieve my herniated disc without steriods or medication. Figure out if that is what was causing numbness in my hand and bavk of my arm thay I use all day. I was merely trying to explain what's happening like your are supposed to do to a doctor. I was so disappointed and felt so judged and gross. I kept me next appointment. Expressed my concern about still having numbness and she let me no that it's probably permanent.
