I saw she had high reviews so I wanted to see if she would be a good fit for me. She did not seem to care enough about what I had to say. I gave her various issues I felt that I needed to work on but she didn’t acknowledge them. I wasn’t sure what to expect from therapy and I let her know that but she didn’t try and help guide me. I understand if she didn’t think we were a good fit but she needs to communicate that. I started questioning myself and wondering if I just wasn’t understanding her but I realized that was not the case. I would find her saying “uhhhh” a lot and then would not say much more. I wish she had been honest with me instead of just confusing me overall. I had one other bad experience and I finally gave therapy a try again and of course it happened to be this bad experience.
