Made appointment on 1/31/26 online, same day got called by receptionist to give insurance information, when I had already provided all that in the pre fill out paperwork online on their website for an appointment scheduled 2/2/26. Once insurance was verified, I was then told by receptionist that it was required by the doctor that I schedule a retinal diseases exam, that I would have to pay out of pocket $39 because my insurance didn't cover that. I denied the retinal exam , receptionist said the doctor would not see me then if I didn't take it. I repeated back to receptionist that since I reject the retinal exam, then doctor wont see me, she said ' exactly'. I told her to go ahead and cancel my appointment with them then, all she said was 'okay', hung up.
