I have had many therapists over the years and Anne is the best. I have never felt more supported, more like I can get through really heavy, hard things. She is so warm, engaged, always full of actionable, helpful ideas. I often replay what she has said to me when I'm going through a hard moment and I'm able to get myself past it. Prior, I rarely could fight off the urge/feeling. Never have I felt better about a therapist. She is incredible.
