I was matched with her on a therapy app, scheduled a time for our first visit. She cancelled that time and rescheduled it without even messaging me. Then the morning of the appt 40 mins before our session she cancelled because her kid were sick. I am ok with life happening and agreed to the rescheduled time she suggested for the next morning. She never showed and I never heard from her again. This is very unprofessional and she should be more aware of the effect this type of behavior has on people already struggling.
