Excellent audiologist. Dr Ucci answered questions (to my satisfaction), which I've been asking ENT doctors for a half a century who left me more clueless about my hearing loss than when I went in. Very patient. Knowledgeable. Dr Ucci's in office hearing testing made me very excited about the possibility of being a candidate for Baha Osia device utilizing bone conduction technology, and being able to pass sound despite my deaf ear. I've been hearing the world like a scratchy mono record my whole life. I left this office with hope. Words I've never said leaving a physician's office.
