Provider Hooks provided amazing care. I felt heard and important. She completed a full physical exam and asked many fact finding questions. She answered all of my questions and concerns. She ordered multiple tests to find the diagnosis as well as suggesting a referral to a specialist. She spent almost an entire hour with me. I appreciated the attention she was giving me. I would recommend her to anyone seeking a thorough provider.

10/23/24. I had a Wellness Check and Breast Exam with Dr. Hooks. She is such a kind Doctor. She informed me with so much information and answered all my questions and concerns. Dr. Hooks made sure that I stayed updated on my Pap Smears and Mammograms. I left with so many answered questions. I would 100% recommend her to future patients.

Ms. Hooks is awesome!!! When I see her I feel like I am the most important person in the world to her. She is completely focused on me and my issues and I really appreciate that about her. I HATE going to the doctor but when my wife twists my arm and forces me to go, I’m glad it’s Ms. Hooks that takes care of me!!
